Project description
Within nine months, fabrikon is building another state-of-the-art logistics center for DHL Supply Chain with around 30,000 m² of floor space. The ambitious schedule only works - as already proven with the third building - if all project participants work together towards a common goal.
In addition to the criteria for the Gold Standard of the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council), the ESG sustainability criteria of the EU Taxonomy are met. In addition, the Well-Core Standard Gold is achieved for the office area, so that the well-being of the employees is increased. Glulam beams made from sustainable wood are used for the roof structure, which is visible from the inside.
In combination with the fossil-free heating system and the photovoltaic system on the roof, the owner/operator at the site is equipped for the future challenges facing people and technology.
